My case is extreme and very difficult they took my kids from me back in 1996 by 1999 they terminated my rights based on supposed medical neglect and physical abuse of my kids with the fact that they claimed I am mentally disturbed. The term they used was organic mental disorder, but to my amazement my children contacted me to tell me they were being abused, i instructed them to tell the authorities and the authorites aka CPS just looked the other way, and again made me out to be the bad person. But now I recently applied for a volunteer job to work as a legal ombudsmen to advocate of sorts for people like me, one of the requirements I had to have a statewide background check done, to be sure I was never charged with or accused of abusing or neglecting an adult or a child. And It CAME BACK CLEAN AS A WHISTLE, i HAVE been looking into opening my own business as a legal advocate so I called the agency that ran the check they said no regular civillian can run the check only state officials can because their agency is internal. But the lady assured me that if something was on me even if it was from 30 years ago it would remain there if it was founded. The following day went to Olympia and spoke to them, in person they confirmed that I came back clear according to their internal background department, so I am utterly confused. I can't get a straight answer on why they took my children from me, and the reason why I am more concerned now then ever my soon to be 17 year old is a gay teen and if you google his name it comes up he is claiming to be 21 years old half naked on the internet, that he is someone else, entirely, that he played a hoax about a terrel williams committing suicide, that he is writing books, and songs that was previously written by other people. (NOW DON'T GET ME WRONG IF HE WANTS TO BE A WRITER, A SINGER, AN ARTIST, AN ACTOR THAT IS HIS CHOICE AND I STAND BEHIND HIM 150% PERCENT) JUST LIKE HIS CHOICE OF HIS SEXUALITY, HE KNOWS WHERE I STAND WITH IT, ALL I WANT HIM TO DO IS BE CAREFUL ABOUT THE CHOICES HE MAKES) And all this county and CPS is doing is allowing the woman that has my children to lie, and manipulate, and abuse the system like getting fake domestic violence orders on me stating I am harming her and the children when I have been in a wheelchair since 1-20-09 she got her order 1-28-09 without serving me. I have tried to get the courts to listen to me, but they won't. I have never been in trouble with the law, I want to have a normal life even though I am disabled, and if I so choose to be a parent by normal means or otherwise that should be my choice no one else's. Currently the department is clearly refusing to tell me why they trully took my kids from me, except to tell me I am supposly mental. Hinesight is the ADA law if 1990 states a persons disability can't be used against them, and there is RCWS that state the same for this state. They have made clear if I ever have another kid the state would take it from me, I can't work in a daycare, I can't do the kind of work I want to do and from which I have a business license for because of this mess, and for what no clear reason except I am disabled. I don't qualify for mental health services, I didn't at that time, as I don't know, I don't qualify for Division of developmental services, even though they claimed I have a disorder called Organic personality disorder- which causes developmental issues, along with a whole list of other things, never been on any kind of medication for any kind of mental delays, but they took my babies from me. Luckily one is 18 but he is still made to live at home with her (my half sibling) so she can make sure she still gets his money and my other one is all over the place. I just don't want to get a call, or see it in the newspaper that my baby boy was killed, rapped or got Aids( which I know in my heart and I pray he is being safe and he is a real intelligent kid so I know he knows what he has to do) because no one is tracking him and making sure he is doing right.
